EDWARD POWER REBECCA SCOURFIELD
The wedding took place recently at St. Mary's Church, Pembroke, of Edward Power and Rebecca Scourfield. The groom, a barman, is the son of Maggie Power, of Upper Portclew House, Freshwater East, and the late Frank Power, while the bride, an IT manager, is the daughter of Glynis Scourfield, of Devon Drive, Pembroke, and the late Steven Scourfield. Given away by her brother, Daniel Scourfield, the bride wore a Romantica-designed dress. Bridesmaids were Denise O'Sullivan, Michelle Edwards, Liz Pullen (bride's friends), Elleigh Terry (bride's cousin), Melissa and Hannah Phillips (bride's nieces), Angelina Seamark (bride's cousin). Flowergirl was the groom's niece Caitlin Beatty. Best men were Bryn Nicholas and Leighton Rogers (groom's friends). Ushers were Tim Phillips (bride's brother), Paddy Midgley, Jamie Grover, Anthony Deponeo (groom's friends). The wedding ceremony, conducted by Roger Jones, was followed by a reception at the Giltar Hotel in Tenby. The couple who will be spending their honeymoon in Sorrento in Italy, are making their future home in Pembroke Dock.
