Mr. J. C. Boyd Miss G. Stratford
St. Mary's Church, Pembroke, was the setting for the wedding on Saturday of Mr. James Christopher Boyd and Miss Gina Stratford. The groom is the eldest son of John and Helen Boyd, of 2 Maxwelton Close, Mill Hill, London, while the bride is the eldest daughter and step-daughter of Louise and Garry George, of 4 South Terrace, Pembroke, and daughter of Andrew Morgan. Both the bride and groom are combat medical technicians with HM Forces. Given away by her step-father and father, the bride wore an ivory gown with full skirt featuring crystal and ruby flower detail. She carried a teardrop bouquet of red and cream roses. Bridesmaids were Sarah-Jay, Hayley and Faye Stratford, bride's sisters, while page boy was Damion Stratford, bride's brother. Best man was Stephen Boyd (groom's brother), while ushers were Robert John and Jamie Butland. The service was conducted by Rev. Roger Jones. The bride travelled to the church by horse-drawn carriage, which also then took the bride and groom to the reception at the Cleddau Bridge Hotel. The couple will be making their home in Munster, Germany.
