Mr. K. Hunter Miss K. E. Thomas
The wedding took place at Lamphey Church, on June 9, of Mr. Kevin Hunter and Miss Kay Elizabeth Thomas. The groom, a software developer, is the son of Jeffrey Hunter and the late Marjorie Hunter, of Tebay, Cumbria, while the bride, a chartered surveyor, is the daughter of Guy Thomas and the late Jan Thomas, of Lamphey. Given away by her father, the bride wore a champagne taffeta and lace gown with a souffle pick-up skirt and crystal detail. Bridesmaids were Nina Guyan (cousin) and Hannah Mason (friend), who wore strapless satin dresses with organza overlay in aubergine. Flower girl was Martha Thomas (niece). Best man was Jon King (friend), while ushers were Nick Hanson, Karl Ramsden, Dave Wells, Michael Thomas, Phillip John and Robert John. The ceremony was conducted by Rev. Nigel Bryan and the organist was Mr. Ashley Davies. A reception was held at the Beggars Reach Hotel, Burton. The couple spent their honeymoon in Sicily and will be making their home in South Oxfordshire.
