The beautiful Greek Island of Kephalonia was the romantic setting for the June wedding of Mr. Ashley Hunter and Miss Claire Hunting. The groom, a self employed carpenter, is the son of Margaret and the late Ronald Hunter, of Birmingham. The bride is the daughter of John and Pauline Hunting, of Saundersfoot. Given away by her father, the bride looked delightful in a modern Thai silk dress trimmed with crushed organza in a champagne colour by Linea Raffaelli of Belgium. Following the ceremony at Argostoli Town Hall, a reception was held in a taverna overlooking the picturesque bay of Spartia. The couple who met eight years ago whilst travelling around Australia are currently living near Bath.
