The wedding took place in Ilheus on December 10 of Adam John Pitman and Jackelline De Matos Periera.
The groom, a keen surfer who works for the RNLI as a lifeguard supervisor, is the son of Denny and Michael Pitman, of Stoneyend Cottage, Ryelands Lane, Kilgetty, while the bride is the daughter of Dourival Alves Pereira and Denise Muniz De Matos.
Given away by her father, the bride wore a white satin gown with pearl inlay.
Bridesmaids were Agna Tyellen Marques (cousin) and Mayara Cirstensiense (friend), who wore pink satin dresses.
Best man was John O'Boyle, while usher was Dourival Pereira (brother).
The bride and groom enjoyed a beach wedding ceremony and a reception was held at the bride's father's beach house.
Lowri Davies from Rosemarket (John O'Boyle's girlfriend) also attended the wedding.
The couple are spending part of their honeymoon in Rio. They will be making their home in Pembrokeshire.
