St. Mary's Church, Tenby, was the picturesque setting for the recent wedding of Ian David Badham and Claire Jane Nunney.
The groom, a certified accountant with Ashmole and Co., Accountants, in Haverfordwest, is the son of David and Nesta Badham, of 1 Quarry Cottages, Tenby, while the bride, a residential lettings negotiator for Frank B. Mason and Co., Estate Agents, in Haverfordwest, is the daughter of Tony and Pat Bullock, of School House, Newland, Malvern, Worcestershire.
Given away by her father, the bride wore a strapless bodice encrusted with crystals, diamonds and pearls, with a chiffon skirt and puddle duck train. She also wore a hand-made tiara which featured purple crystals.
She was attended by Miss Kirsty Shepherd (best friend), Miss Sophie Rowlands (groom's cousin), Miss Ellen Fessy (bride's cousin) and Miss Holly Fessy (bride's cousin).
Kirsty wore a purple evening dress with velvet wrap, while Sophie, Ellen and Holly wore ivory dresses with purple bolero jackets.
Best man was Mr. Darren Creese (friend) and the ushers were Mr. Mark Badham (groom's brother) and Mr. Gary Bullock (bride's brother).
The ceremony was conducted by the Rector, Canon David Jenkins, and the organist was Dr. John Harrison.
Following the service, a wedding reception was held at the Giltar Hotel, The Esplanade, Tenby.
The couple, who are spending their honeymoon in Kenya, which will include a safari, will make their home at St. John's Hill, Tenby.
