St. Issell's Church, Saundersfoot, was the setting for the wedding on December 21 of well-known garage proprietor, Mr. Steven Paul Beeken, and his bride, Miss Kimberley Jones.
The groom, a keen member of the Dredgers Motorcross Club, is the son of Tony and Cynthia Beeken, of 34 Bloomfield Gardens, Narberth, while the bride, who works as a secretary in the garage business and also helps with motorcross lap scoring, is the daughter of Graham and Yvonne Jones, of 19 Larch Road, Mount Estate, Milford Haven.
Given away by her father, the bride looked stunning in an ivory organza full skirt trimmed with roses and a burgundy trimmed bodice. She also wore a long diamante and crystal veil, which was held in place by a crystal and pearl tiara.
Bridesmaids were Zoe Gill, bride's friend, Jody Aldrid, bride's sister, and Holly Morgan, groom's niece, who all wore red satin dresses.
Flower girls were Heidi Frost, groom's niece, and Chloe Jenkins, bride's niece, who wore ivory organza skirts trimmed with roses, and red satin bodices.
Also in attendance was the bride and groom's son, Callum, who acted as page boy.
Best man was the groom's lifelong friend, Calvert Jones, and the ushers were Wynne Garratt, Steve Rogers, Richard Nicholas, Wayne Thorpe and Gareth Morris.
The service was conducted by Canon Michael Butler and the organist was Mr. Mick Gulliford. The church choir sang during the signing of the register.
Lucky tokens were presented by Heidi, Chloe and Leo.
A reception was held at the Plas Hyfryd Hotel, Narberth, and the couple are making their home at Carabella, Tanners Lane, Templeton.
