St. Issell's Church, Saundersfoot, was the picturesque setting for the wedding on Saturday of Mr. Simon Lewis and Miss Georgina Louise Berridge. The groom, a CAD technician, is the eldest and only son of Darryl and Sue Lewis, of Old Mill, Churchton, Saundersfoot, while the bride, a nurse, is the eldest daughter of Nicholas and the late Helen Berridge, of Highpoint, Sandyhill Road, Saundersfoot. Given away by her father, the bride wore a strapless full-length white pearl gown. The bodice and train were detailed with crystals and pearls. She carried a bouquet of white roses. Chief bridesmaid was Lucy Berridge (sister), while bridesmaids were Anna and Lara Garrett (cousins), Alex Coles (best friend) and Clare Lewis (groom's sister). They wore lilac strapless dresses with crystal detail on the top of the bodice to complement the bride's gown. Best man was Chris Lee (groom's best friend), while ushers were Govan Berridge (bride's brother), Gareth Kettle, Steve Thomas and Eoin Christie (groom's friends). The service was conducted by Rev. Paul Cudby (bride's uncle). A reception followed at Trefloyne Golf Club, Penally. The couple, who are honeymooning in Riviera Maya, Mexico, are making their home in Saundersfoot.
