Pictured following their wedding at St. Issell's Church, Saundersfoot, on Saturday, September 2, are Mr. Simon Arthur and Miss Clare Jones. The groom, a route salesman for Princes Gate Cool Water, is the son of Jenny Thomas, of Penally, and Norman Arthur, of St. Florence, while the bride, an office administrator, is the daughter of Derek and Suzanne Jones, of 11 The Strand, Saundersfoot. Given away by her father, the bride wore an ivory dress with organza overlay and gold beading and embroidery. Flower girl was Phoebe Greenfield, daughter of a school friend of the bride, who wore an ivory dress with organza and blue sash, while page boy was Finnan Arthur, son. Best man was Gethin Davies, friend of the bride and groom. Ushers were Michael Skidmore and Paul Smith, bride's work colleagues. The wedding ceremony was conducted by Canon Michael Butler. A reception was held at Gellifawr Hotel, Pontfaen, near Fishguard. The couple spent their honeymoon on a cruise in The Mediterranean and are making their home in Begelly.
