Pictured following their wedding at St. Bride's Hotel, Saundersfoot, on Friday, are Phil Roger Thompson and Christine Joan Hurlow. The groom, a public affairs adviser for Texaco Ltd., is the only son of the late Vi and Reg Thompson, while the bride, a financial director with Cel-Vac Environmental Solutions, is the eldest daughter of Wyn and Joan Brace, of 5 Heywood Court, Tenby. Given away by her son, Wayne Hurlow, the bride wore an off-the-shoulder ivory satin dress with beaded bodice. She carried a bouquet of cream roses with ivy and berries. Bridesmaid was Sophie Summers (groom's granddaughter) and flower girls were Tegan and Abbey Bennett (bride's granddaughters). Page boy was Owain Bennett (bride's grandson). Best man was Brian Harries and the usher was Ian Alexander. The service was conducted by Joy Walker, registrar. The couple will make their home in Pembroke.
