Married on Saturday, June 6, at Monkton Priory Church, by the Rev. Martin Cox, were Louise Welch, the eldest daughter of Simon Welch, East Williamston, and Mrs. Jackie Dunne, of Pembroke Dock, and Matthew Heeps, middle son of Stuart and Alison Heeps, of Monkton.

The bride, who looked stunning in a Maggi Sertero ivory strapless dress with beautiful detail to the bodice and train, was given away by her father.

Matron of honour was Lauren Morgan (bride's friend) and bridesmaids were Sammi Welch (bride's sister) and Tai Welch (bride's step-sister), who wore chocolate and latte strapless long dresses. Flower girl was Bethan Edwards (groom's cousin), who looked adorable in a threequarter ballet-style dress of chocolate and creams, while ring bearer was Finley Welch (bride's nephew).

Best man was Luke Murray (groom's best friend) and the ushers were Jamie Heeps and Daniel Heeps (groom's brothers) and Joshua Dunne (bride's step-brother).

The wedding reception was held at the Cleddau Bridge Hotel and after a honeymoon in Orlando and the Bahamas, the happy couple are continuing to make their home in Pembroke Dock.
