Married recently at St. James' Church, Manorbier, were Kevin Ferney and Melanie Robinson.

The bride, whose mother Mrs. Valerie Blundell is from Wolverhampton in the West Midlands, is a supervisor at Tenby's Greenhill School.

The groom is employed as an electrician. Sadly his father, Mr. Charles Gregory, passed away a week before the wedding.

The bride, who was given away by her son, Mr. Christopher Robinson, wore a handmade ivory crepe silk dress with silk lace detail on the bodice,

The bridesmaid, Miss Holly Robinson, daughter of the bride, wore a handmade dress of ivory silk with rose bud details on the bodice.

Master Scott Ferney, the couple's son, was page boy.

Best man was Mr. Stephen Ferney, the groom's brother, while Mr. David Neads acted as usher.

After the ceremony, which was conducted by Rev. Victor Millgate, a reception was held at the Giltar Hotel, Tenby.

Later the couple left for a honeymoon in the Maldives. When they return, they will make their home in Manorbier.
