The wedding took place at Nantyffin Motel, Llandissilio, on Saturday, of Mr. Hywel Adams and Miss Julia Hammerton. The groom, who works in engineering, is the youngest son of Mrs. Violet Adams and the late Mr. Emrys Adams, while the bride, a home help, is the second daughter of Mr. Terry Hammerton and Mrs. Ann Thomas. Given away by her father, the bride wore a full-length silk dress with full-length veil. She carried a bouquet of fresh roses, lavender and freesia. Bridesmaids were Holly Adams and Leanne Gwyther (nieces), while page boys were Jack and Ben Adams, sons of the bride and groom. Best man was David Jones and the ushers were Stephen Adams and Emyr Adams, groom's brothers. A reception was also held at the Nantyffin Motel. The couple are making their home in Templeton.
