Carwyn Davies Laura Thwaites
The wedding took place on January 16, at Gellifawr Country House, Pontfaen, of Carwyn Davies and Laura Thwaites.
The groom, a driver, is the son of Elvet and Myfanwy Davies, of The Grange, Princes Gate, Narberth, while the bride, a shop assistant, is the daughter of William and Susan Thwaites, of Morfa, Amroth.
Given away by her father, William Thwaites, the bride wore an ivory taffeta Ronald Joyce gown, with lace detail, encrusted with crystal and a lace detailed jacket.
Bridesmaid was Alexandra Coles (bride's cousin), while flower girls were Isabella Davies (couple's daughter) and Millie Thomas, (friend's daughter).
Alex wore a burgundy Verona dress, with beading detail, while Isabella and Millie wore ivory tulle dresses, with burgundy detailing.
Best man was Selwyn Davies (groom's brother), while ushers were Iestyn and Trystan Bowen and Joshua Penney (groom's nephews).
The ceremony was conducted by the superintendent registrar.
The wedding reception was also held at Gellifawr, Pontfaen.
The couple will be making their home at The Grange, Princes Gate, Narberth.
