Two housing plans in Manorbier were given the go-ahead by members of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority's development management committee this week.
The first of the two applications, both submitted by the Pembrokeshire Housing Association, was seeking consent for reserved matters for the development of six flats on land at Hounsell Avenue. Outline planning permission for the development of the site had previously been given in February.
The second application was again seeking consent for reserved matters for the development of two houses and one bungalow on land off Dewing Avenue, with outline planning permission for this site having been given in April.
Committee members gave the thumbs up to both applications at their meeting on Monday.
