A 23-year-old local man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving following a fatal accident at Penally bypass.

Twenty-year-old Gavin Collier from the Neath area was killed when the car in which he was travelling collided with a parked vehicle on February 17.

Police confirmed this week that the man arrested has been bailed pending further enquiries.
