Tenby and St. Govans Coast Rescue Teams rescued a 33-year-old male and his crossbreed husky/labrador dog from a cliff at Swan Lake, near Manorbier, shortly before 3 pm on December 27.

They had become stranded after the man went after his dog and got cut off on a 20-foot slope and then onto a 15-foot vertical ledge.

The gentleman was from Cardiff and holidaying in the Freshwater East area.
