Police are appealing for information following what they describe as 'cowardly malicious damage' caused to a vehicle in St. Florence over the weekend.
All the locks on a green VW Polo were superglued and expanding foam was sprayed into the exhaust of the vehicle, which was parked at Greenhayes when the incident occurred sometime between last Thursday and 10.30 am on Friday morning.
Police are now appealing for information in a bid to apprehend the person responsible.
"This is mindless damage that not only costs the owner a considerable amount of money to repair, but also could have put the owner at risk of injury by targeting the vehicle," said a police spokesman.
