The Tenby Observer has been used in a play as a prop by one of its subscribers. Malcolm Hughes, who is a member of a drama group where he lives in Newcastle, played the part of a newsagent in the sketch about bullying. It's a job Malcolm (pictured holding a copy of the Observer) knew well, for when his parents ran the Five Arches newsagents, he was a paperboy and it was a familiar sight to see him riding his bike doing his deliveries.
