Pictured with the Mayor of Pembroke, Clr. Aden Brinn and the Mayoress, Ms. Halyna Davies, are members of the Pembrokeshire committee of Macmillan Cancer Support at their Christmas bazaar at Pembroke Town Hall, on Friday, where almost £600 was raised to help local people who are living with cancer.

Many thanks to everyone who helped to make the event such a success, including Capital Roasters, who supplied the delicious coffee, and everyone who generously donated cakes and raffle prizes. Thanks also to the charity's loyal supporters who attend all their events whatever the weather.

The prize of a week's holiday in the UK, kindly donated by Seasons Holidays, was won by Mrs. Joan Freeman, of Pembroke Dock, second prize of £100 by Mr. Christopher Buckley, of Bristol, and third prize of a signed Welsh rugby shirt by Mr. T. Thomas, of Carmarthenshire.
