Richard, who is married to Claire, is the Haverfordwest Townscape Heritage Initiative officer. His job is to regenerate the centre of Haverfordwest.
The couple have two children, George, who is four, and William, who is two.
Mr. Incledon and his family plan to spend his winnings on home improvements.
