WINNER of this week's Pembrokeshire Lottery £2,000 jackpot was Mrs. Maureen Dytor from Herbrandston with number 9237. The win has come at a good time because Mrs. Dytor is retiring in three weeks time after 50 years in the hotel trade, 30 years of which were spent at the Sir Benfro Hotel, Herbrandston. Mrs. Dytor said that it was a grand farewell gift. She has decided to give half of her winnings to her granddaughter as she is getting married in August and she says that the rest will just be frittered away!  We asked Mrs. Dyter her age and she replied: "Read it in the obituary!" By the way, her mother is 102 in July, so Mrs. Dytor says that you can work it out for yourselves! The five winners of £100 each were Nicole De Sousa from Milford Haven, Jacqueline Davies from Pembroke, Ian Harries from Narberth, Mrs. A. John from Wolfscastle and Mrs. Philpot from Broad Haven.
