A local lady who lost her camera after celebrating her 70th birthday, is appealing to anyone who may have come across it.

Mrs. Elizabeth Worthing, of 77 Millfields Close, Pentlepoir, thinks she may have left the black Olympus camera in a taxi she travelled in, after the birthday party celebrations on the night of Saturday September 13.

"I have contacted the taxi services, but after coming back from holiday, unfortunately they've had no luck in tracing the camera," said Mrs. Worthing.

"The camera itself is not that valuable, but the photos of my 70th birthday party taken on it, are a one-off and I would dearly love to see them," she continued.
