Simon Hart MP is pictured with Ivan Reedman, managing director of Torquing Group, Anna Dietrich, operations director, and their office skeleton, Yorrick.

The company, which employs five people at the Bridge Innovation Centre in Pembroke Dock, works in robotics, which is when Yorrick comes in handy.

"We use him to study the human body for our robotics work," explained Mr. Reedman.

The company moved to Pembrokeshire from Milton Keynes last October and have plans to expand and take on more staff.

"We plan to take on another two in the next couple of months and by the end of the year have around nine or 10 staff," added Mr. Reedman.

"We have been able to find the staff we need in Pembrokeshire and we are also willing to train people. All we need are people who can think; who have initiative and are willing to work hard.

The Torquing Group works in a number of areas, including information technology, software engineering and robotics. Their clients include the UK's largest distributor of car finishes, MKPE.

"All of our clients come to us with complex problems," added Mr. Reedman.

Mr. Hart said: "The Torquing Group is working at technology's cutting edge and it's wonderful that they've chosen to move to Pembrokeshire and create new jobs here.

"This is a very exciting company with a bright future."
