Members of the ‘Kelly Williams School of Dance’ recently travelled to Swansea to compete at the ‘101 Events Street Dance Competition’.

With dancers from the Tenby and Pembroke area aged as young as eight-years -old, they competed in Solo, Duo and Team events.

All dancers excelled themselves, with many making it through to semi-finals and finals. Lots of trophies were brought home by the young dancers, with even the parents getting involved, Georgina Gilmour claiming fourth place in the Parent Solo!

All of the teams won trophies, Lil Hustlers 1st U12, K Crew 3rd U12 Advance, Reload 2nd O16, and Khaos 3rd O16 Advance.

The dancers are currently fundraising in order to be able to attend the UDO World Championships in Glasgow in August.

The next event is ‘An evening with Karen Wilson’ on June 23 at Tenby Rugby Club.

Any aspiring dancers wanting to join the school can contact Kelly via her Kelly Williams School of Dance facebook page or by calling 07880 625360.
