Recently, at the Cricket Club, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire Classic Car Club held their first indoor meeting after all the car shows and club runs with  their classic cars over the spring and summer months, covering the beautiful, sometimes wet county of Pembrokeshire and beyond.

At this meeting, a presentation was made to the club's 2009 charities, which this year were,  Tenby and District Leukaemia, Narberth Arthritis Research Campaign and Diabetes UK  Pembrokeshire Wales Branch.

Cheques for £300 were presented to each charity representative. This money was raised at the club's annual classic car show held at Scolton Manor last June.

A superb buffet provided by the cricket club was held for club members and their                                                           guests rounded off a very enjoyable club meeting.

Meetings are held on the last Thursday of each month starting at 8 pm. The next is on October 29 so go along you will be made to feel very welcome.
