The Pembrokeshire-based Cleddau Warriors football club - who play in the South West Wales Disability League - has received a welcome boost to its funds.

It has been awarded £1,000 sponsorship raised by the workforce at the Dragon LNG terminal at South Hook, near Milford Haven.

Through the workmen's 'Cracked It' safety scheme', donations from various companies employed on the site are put into a fund. If there are no lost time hours (28 days without an accident), the workforce committee nominate a good cause to receive £1,000.

Since January, the Dragon LNG workforce have donated £47,000 to various charities.
