Joshua Foundation fund-raiser: This was organised by Chloe Valentine at Llanteg Hall on Saturday to raise funds for the Joshua Foundation. A total of £175 was raised and Chloe would like to thank all the local businesses and people who supported the event.

Miss Wales contestant: Good luck to Chloe Valentine, of Bevlin, who will be representing Pembrokeshire in the Miss Wales competition in Cardiff this month.

Hall committee meeting: The next meeting will be at the Village Hall on July 7 at 7.30 pm.

History trip: This is to the Hywel Dda Centre in Whitland at 2 pm on July 11.  Anyone wishing to join the group is most welcome, but please ring Ruth (831298) so they have an idea of numbers.
