Miss Morwith Howells has retired as secretary of Llanddewi Velfrey Village Hall. Mr. Mike Lewis, chairman, and Mrs. Delyth Hughes, vice-chairman, are seen presenting Miss Howells with a certificate and rose as a token of the village hall's appreciation for her long and dedicated service to the committee.
