National Trust is looking for a tenant to live, work and help deliver for nature on Craig-y-Borion Farm in Llanteg.

The four-bedroom farmhouse is available to let via informal tender with 33.21 hectares (82.06 acres) of permanent pasture and arable land, and a range of farm buildings included.

The Trust’s vision for this special place is to demonstrate that farming with high conservation standards can be achieved in a sustainable way, benefiting wildlife, landscape, the local community and visitors, whilst producing quality local produce.

Speaking about the opportunity, assistant rural surveyor Efa Jones, said: “We view this tenancy at Craig-y-Borion Farm as an exciting long-term partnership.

“The successful applicant will be committed to the National Trust’s aim of delivering conservation and providing public access, involvement and enjoyment.”
