Three leading storytellers will be touring Pembrokeshire's schools early next year to mark National Storytelling Week. David Ambrose, Megan Lloyd and Elin Alaw will be visiting schools with the schools' library service and telling tales in English and Welsh. The three acclaimed storytellers will also be holding an evening session at Haverfordwest Library on Thursday, January 31, at 6.30 pm for adults and families with children over 11. Promoted by the Society for Storytelling, National Storytelling Week - January 28 to February 1 - aims to raise the profile of storytelling, as well as provide entertainment and enjoyment for children.
