Tenby and Saundersfoot Lions Club were pleased to be able to present a £2,000 cheque to the Wales Air Ambulance at the Giltar Hotel recently following a season of successful fund-raising events for charitable causes. Acting-president Pat Crockford said it was important that the club continues to offer its support to enable the service to provide the essential cover throughout the county. Angela Lewis, receiving the cheque on behalf of Wales Air Ambulance, thanked the club for its staunch support and outlined how the funds would help to get to the injured and take them to hospital in the Golden Hour.
