Tenby Lions Club president, Peter Wilton, recently had the pleasure of presenting Mrs. Singleton Taylor, of the Tenby Day Centre, with a large donation to help ensure the 50 clients of the day centre she runs at Tenby Cottage Hospital receive a Christmas present again this year.

Thanks to the hard work of Mrs Singleton Taylor and her staff, the day centre helps those who attend (from all around the local area, Monday to Friday) to meet old friends and to make new ones; it also ensures that this group of our most senior citizens lead fuller, richer lives, rather than being left alone to fend for themselves, as so often happens in these modern times.

Lion Peter also noted 'they make lovely cups of tea'!
