The Paul Sartori Foundation, Pembrokeshire Hospice Care warmly invites all to join them to remember loved ones at either one or both of their Light up a Life services.
The first one takes place on Wednesday, December 10, at 7 pm in the grounds of their day centre at 31 Haven Road, Haverfordwest. The service will be led by Rev. John Welsby, with readings and carols. Refreshments will be available after the open air service.
The second service is being held at Steynton Church on Sunday, December 14, at 6.30 pm, and will be led by the Rev. John Holdsworth. At this service, the names of loved ones remembered will be hung on candle cards on a Christmas tree in the church.
At both services there will be an opportunity to read the Paul Sartori Foundation Book of Remembrance with the names of those remembered and their special dedication.
The Book of Remembrance will remain open until the end of January. There is still plenty of time to submit a name to the Book of Remembrance accompanied by a donation to the Light Up A Life campaign.
