Tenby RNLI inshore lifeboat the Georgina Taylor was launched on Tuesday after Milford Haven Coastguard received a 999 call from an off-duty Navy diver stating that he had come across a man who had fallen 20-foot down some rocks, breaking his arm and possibly breaking his ankle/leg.
Following the call at 8.15 pm, the lifeboat was quickly on the water and upon arriving on scene, found the rapid response paramedic already attending to the casualty.
The lifeboat crew assisted the paramedic in immobilising the casualty's limbs before taking him to Saundersfoot Harbour to the awaiting ambulance.
