Sir,

I read your article 'Mark Libraries Day at Tenby' and it prompted me to write in to share my concern about discussions proposing to move Tenby Library to the Leisure Centre. I have written to Pembrokeshire County Council and they confirmed that 'consideration is being given to the future development of library services in Tenby, but no decisions have been made yet'.

I listed my reasons why I strongly believe that Tenby Library should remain where it is, in its Tenby town library. But my question is, am I the only one that thinks so? I have not seen this issue covered in the newspaper; maybe I missed it.

Unless those of us who value Tenby Library where it is make our thoughts and feelings clear, that decision might be made before we have had a chance to react.
