Club spokesman Chris Williams thanked Mr. Thomas for the cheque and said how much the club appreciated such generous assistance. Mr. Williams added: "As a club, we are also most grateful for the support provided by Rob and Sue Lomas (Homeleigh Development, PRL Plant, Thomas Scourfield and Sons and Lawrenny Home Farm. "All of the correspondence with the Lords Taverners was undertaken dealt with by one of our long- serving players and former secretary Phil Williams. "We appreciate all of Phil's efforts and assistance, together with all of the practical help from club members in undertaking the construction work.
