Members of Pembrokeshire County Council's planning and rights of way committee have given the thumbs up to a residential development in Lamphey.

The application by Charles Church Ltd. on land east of Cleggars Park indicated 39 dwellings.

At Tuesday's committee meeting, the application was approved subject to the completion of a section 106 legal agreement and various conditions. It will also return to committee for reserved matters to be resolved.
