Carers' Rights Day is being held on December 3.
Mark the day by attending a Carers Rights session organised by the Pembrokeshire branch of Carers Wales at the Withybush Conference Centre, Fishguard Road, Haverfordwest, at 11.30 am.
Carers Rights packs will be available at the event. Guest speaker will be Roz Williamson, Director of Carers Wales.
Also at this event, Pembrokeshire Carers Centre will launch a booklet, 'Tell It As It Is' (carers experiences told in their own words).
