Join Kitchener's new Army of Volunteers - that's the heritage command from Pembroke Dock.
Field Marshal Lord Kitchener, one of the most famous names in British military history, has been called up for historic duty at the town, where a street is named after him.
Kitchener is pointing the way in a recruiting drive by both of Pembroke Dock's historic trusts - the Museum Trust and the Sunderland Trust.
Kitchener's stern face and pointing finger - one of the most enduring images of World War I - has been adapted for a poster calling for volunteers to join the two trusts in their historic interpretation of the town's outstanding multi-service history.
Volunteers are needed for various roles by both the Museum Trust - which runs the well established and very popular Gun Tower Museum on Front Street - and the Sunderland Trust, which later this year will open a centre and workshop in the former Royal Dockyard. Here some of Pembroke Dock's flying boat stories will be told and parts of a wartime Sunderland which sank in the Haven Waterway will be worked on and displayed.
The new centre and workshop is funded through the Rural Development Plan for Wales 2007 - 2013, which is funded by the Welsh Assembly Government and the European Union.
In the poster, the original World War I message has been adapted to 'You Are The People We Want'. It has been designed by Chris Kellett, lead designer of Printing.com, a recently established business print and design outlet in Main Street, Pembroke, and copies are on display locally.
Potential volunteers can contact the Museum Trust's curator, Ron Watts (01646 681446) or the Sunderland Trust office (01646 623425) for further information.
