Two vehicles, a Citroen C2 and a Talbot motor caravan, were involved in a collision on the A478 at Kingsmoor, between Kilgetty and Pentlepoir, at approximately 1.40 pm on Sunday.
An ambulance attended the scene and conveyed the casualties to hospital.
