Kilgetty's Got Talent winners Taryn Williams, Bethan Lynam and Jamie Colmer have been signed up to do at least two further shows, following their success in the live final.
Radio Pembrokeshire presenters Ben Stone and Gareth Morris were so impressed with the show that they called up the three winning acts to take part in a Radio Pembrokeshire show later this year. While one man organising an event in Pembrokeshire's Folly Farm in May, was equally impressed, asking the three winners to perform at his show.
Following the fantastic final on December 12, contestants, and all locals, are invited to a Kilgetty's Got Talent Reunion. This takes place in Kilgetty Community Centre on Thursday, January 14, at 7 pm.
With stars still twinkling in their eyes, the winners and all contestants will have chance to relive their performances at the premier video showing of the whole live final, at the reunion. Free chips will be also be served and the event is completely free and open to the whole community. All children must be accompanied by an appropriate adult on the night.
"Kilgetty's Got Talent was about more than just putting on a show; it was a family event held to support and bring the local community together," said one of the event organisers, Sharron Hardwick. "It has been great to keep in touch with some of the contestants over Christmas and we hope that we will continue to build on these new formed friendships, as we meet regularly. We have some exciting events planned for 2010, so come along and get involved."
Event organisers New Life Christian Fellowship plan to organise regular community events, such as karaoke evenings, on the second Thursday of every month in Kilgetty Community Centre at 7 pm. Details for other meetings will be posted before the events.
New Life Christian Fellowship meet at Kilgetty Community Centre, 10.45 am on Sundays.
