Plans for a new retail store and car park at Kilgetty will be coming before county planners next week.
The application by the Co-Operative Group Ltd., seeks permission to erect a new retail store to the south of the existing one at Carmarthen Road, while retaining the current building in a re-modelled form as a number of small retail units on the frontage and provide a new access off Carmarthen Road.
The proposal is due to come before Pembrokeshire County Council's planning and rights of way committee on Tuesday, when it is being recommended for approval, subject to five conditions.
