Sir, Following your recent publication of photographs of old buildings in Kilgetty, and the correspondence that followed, much interest has been expressed locally in saving this knowledge before it is lost. There is obviously a wealth of family history and memories, with some residents being the fifth generation of families. Your readers may like to know that a 'history evening' has been arranged for Monday, June 16, from 7 pm in the Community Centre, Kilgetty. All are welcome to come along to share their memories and memorabilia. We will try to collate these into a picture of Kilgetty and Begelly in times past.
