KCF West Wales is an all age church who meet every Sunday morning at the Queen's Hall, Narberth. In practical terms, an all age church means that we have a programme that caters for all ages, from a crèche for babies at the Queen's Hall, to planned activities for children and young people at the Courthouse - with everyone in together for the worship at the beginning of the meeting. It's not always quiet, but we believe that a noisy church where children and young people feel welcome and comfortable is important. Children are allowed to run around, but there are speed limits! All our children's workers undergo CRB police checks and work according to a child protection policy. In addition to the Sunday meetings, a new group, specifically for young adults, ages 17 to 24, has recently begun, hosted by youth leader Henry Milewski. This group meets midweek at a variety of locations. Henry spent two years working with Hatfield church in South Africa on the 'Year of Your Life' programme, working the second year as a youth leader. Where possible, we encourage our young people to work as volunteers, with the local church or churches abroad with whom we have connections, as an alternative to taking a gap year. Last year, another young adult, Mat Pickup, who is now training to be a doctor, spent three months volunteering at Living Hope hospital, Nigeria. KCF West Wales is a member of the Evangelical Alliance and a registered charity. For more information, call at our main offices at the Courthouse, Market Square, Narberth.
