Prayer is essential, compulsory, mandatory. Sunday celebration began with praying for our local schools and teachers, that God would protect, direct and influence all that is done in each school day. Paul Dando, pastor of KCF, then continued with his series on 'House of Prayer'. Sometimes there can be obstacles to our praying. Obstacles that are not put there by God but by ourselves. There is a line which says that if our relationships are not what they should be, our prayers are hindered. We have to conclude that, if God interrupts our prayer life when our relationships with others are not in order, He must want to teach us the value of unity, harmony and a willingness to forgive and esteem others. We need to examine our hearts that we might stay 'wide-awake' in prayer and be able to pray effectively. KCF is an all age church, gathering every Sunday in the Queen's Hall, Narberth, at 10.30 am. The Court House, the main offices of KCF, also houses our 'Liberty' coffee shop which is open during the week for a fine selection of fresh coffees, cappocinos and hot chocolate. 'Liberty' becomes 'Interface' on a Wednesday and Thursday evening, a Cyber Cafe for the youth. KCF is a member of the Evangelical Alliance and a registered charity.
