Amanda McCabe, manager of FBM Residential Lettings, is pictured congratulating Karen Campbell on her recent achievement of becoming a member of The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).

Karen has worked hard for the last eight months to pass her exams with a NfoPP level 3 award in residential letting and property management. Karen is now fully qualified to answer all queries with regard to lettings.

Karen joined FBM Holidays in June 2011 and moved over to FBM Residential Lettings in February 2015. Having previously worked in the local authority housing sector for many years, she now deals with the administration and quality control side of FBM Residential Lettings.

Amanda has been with FBM Residential Lettings since 2008, originally as a property consultant. Having qualified through the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) in 2011, she has worked tirelessly to improve and develop the department to where it is today. Appointed manager in August 2014 in recognition of all her hard work and commitment, she is a first class manager with a vast knowledge of the lettings market in Pembrokeshire. She loves a legal challenge!

Between Amanda and Karen, they have been in the property industry for over 30 years so have a vast knowledge of the industry.
