Members of the West Wales Wadoryu Karate Association, Pembroke Dock and Carew Karate Clubs, recently took part in the Welsh Karate Kai Championships at the Afan Lido, Port Talbot.
Students worked extremely hard to get through the rounds, with up to 30 in each round, with a combined total of 230 taking part in the competition.
