The Karate Union of Wales held another successful grading/assessment course in Pembrokeshire on July 4 under the guidance of chief instructor Mike O'Brien - 8th dan.

Around 60 members took part from St. Florence and Narberth clubs, with grades from 9th kyu to black belt being awarded.

Particular congratulations go to St. Florence Club members Zara Bakewell and Dave Pugh, along with Narberth member Elliott John, who gained their black belts after a tough course and examination - well done guys!
