This weekend, the Kilgetty Karate Club members will be climbing Mount Snowdon in North Wales, in order to raise money to help pay for their junior members to attend a training course in Latvia in April 2011.

Some students have been preparing for the hike in the Preseli Mountains, getting ready for their big sponsored climb on Sunday. They have also been raising funds by holding car boot sales, with £160 and counting. They will be doing an afternoon bag packing in our local co-op store and lots more.

The 'Saxon Kilgetty Karate Club Latvia Fund Snowdon Climb' page has been constructed on Facebook to raise awareness of their efforts, and also to put photos and videos of the event on there for all to see.

"We need sponsorships guys! We really want our junior members to experience what the Latvia Tour has to offer! Any sponsorships made will be greatly appreciated by all members of Kilgetty Karate Club!" say the members.
